Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the prpvin platform. By accessing or using prpvin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and prpvin (hereinafter "prpvin", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the prpvin platform available at https://prpvin.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").
prpvin is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform. By accessing, registering on or in any way using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. prpvin does not hold a Pakistani government gambling licence and makes no claim of approval or endorsement from any Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws before registering or participating.

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:
Strictly Prohibited: Registration or use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 (or the applicable higher minimum) is absolutely prohibited. prpvin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
To access the full features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, multiple or anonymous accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are required to provide truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes. prpvin is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify prpvin immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. prpvin will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
prpvin requires identity verification in accordance with applicable KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and a selfie or liveness check. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. Documents must be genuine and unaltered — submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful activities consistent with these Terms. All Content on the Platform is for informational purposes unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software are compatible with the Platform. prpvin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and accepts no liability for any interruptions arising from system maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events or third-party network issues.
The Platform is accessible via mobile browsers on Android and iOS devices. Standard mobile data charges from your network provider may apply. prpvin is not responsible for any charges incurred through your use of the Platform on mobile networks.
All Platform transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Always access the Platform via the official domain https://prpvin.cam to avoid phishing sites.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Methods may include, but are not limited to, bank transfers and digital payment options familiar in Pakistan, such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as transfers via banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The inclusion of these names is purely for contextual reference and does not imply that any of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services on this Platform. Method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Account balances are maintained in the currency denomination available at account opening. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balances are displayed, they are illustrative. Users should verify the live currency settings in their Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the cashier; and (d) compliance with applicable anti-money laundering checks. prpvin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Processing timeframes vary by method and are displayed in the cashier — no specific processing guarantee is made.
Users must not use the Platform to launder money, evade tax, or conduct any other unlawful financial activity. Deposits must originate from an account or instrument held in the User's own name. Chargebacks, fraudulent transaction disputes or abuse of payment systems will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Specific rules governing individual betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables and sports events are published within the relevant Platform section. These specific rules form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules govern the relevant activity.
Sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering Pakistan domestic competitions, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series, are subject to applicable market rules. Odds and available markets are dynamic and may be suspended, adjusted or voided in accordance with sporting outcomes, data feed anomalies or platform risk controls.
Casino games — including live dealer roulette, blackjack, baccarat and slot titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures and do not represent guaranteed returns for individual sessions.
In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome or transaction, the Platform's records shall be the primary reference. Disputes must be reported through the support channel within 30 days of the relevant event. prpvin's decision in respect of any dispute shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory dispute mechanism.
prpvin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion options.
These tools are accessible from the Account settings area. Users are encouraged to use them proactively. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for its selected duration.

prpvin strictly enforces age verification. Users must be aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to create an Account or place bets. Age alone does not determine the legality of gambling in Pakistan; applicable local law governs.
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance in the Account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces and data compilations — is the exclusive property of prpvin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, modify or distribute Platform Content; (b) use prpvin branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software.
prpvin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if: (a) the User breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) prpvin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; (c) the User fails to complete KYC verification within a stipulated period; or (d) applicable law or regulatory directive requires Account closure.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied and any applicable bonus fund wagering requirements resolved. Funds remaining in a verified Account following closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing cashier terms.
Upon Account termination, the User's licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal licence. prpvin does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use, or that its services are lawfully available, in every jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are explicitly reminded that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable national and provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users must obtain independent legal advice as appropriate for their specific circumstances and jurisdiction.
Pakistani Users: prpvin does not hold a licence issued by, nor claim any endorsement from, the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users participate entirely at their own legal risk.
prpvin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, prpvin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
